Diana believes every person deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and valued. She has worked with families who have experienced trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, and she is committed to supporting their emotional, social, and academic growth while helping them build confidence and resilience.
As a bilingual Spanish-English speaker and first-generation Latina professional, Diana values building strong, culturally responsive relationships with her clients and strives to ensure every family feels welcomed, respected, and truly seen.
Her experience includes providing individual and group counseling in both school and clinical settings. She uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practices, play therapy, and strengths-based interventions to meet each child where they are and guide their healing and growth.
