We are proud to announce the opening of an integrated care center in partnership with the Baldwin Union Free School District, one of the first districts in the nation to establish such a resource directly on campus at no cost to families. This collaborative approach to connected care is key to supporting students’ whole health needs while optimizing their learning experiences.

Our on-site team of licensed pediatric & adolescent behavioral health specialists offer:

  • Real-time crisis assessment & management
  • Assessment & behavioral interventions
  • Care coordination with the school & parents
  • Professional development for school personnel

The Wellness Center provides immediate access to behavioral healthcare and resources for identified students from elementary through high school, with convenient hours during and after school.

Meet Our Team at the Baldwin Schools Wellness Center

Dr. Joanne Fortune leads the PM Pediatric Care team at the Baldwin Schools Wellness Center and specializes in anxiety, depression, common behavioral disorders of childhood, and child/family relationships. She supports students by developing plans to assist them in reaching their behavioral and educational goals. Previously, she served as the Regional Director for child and adult mental health programs at a not-for-profit agency. Dr. Fortune completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology, masters in Mental Health Counseling, and doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

Stacey Ann Hall-McLeod is a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for collaborating with her clients and their families to facilitate their overall health and wellness using person-centered and strength-based approaches. She specializes in crisis avoidance, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and trauma, and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in non-profit agency settings. Stacey has undergraduate degrees in sociology and psychology and a masters degree in mental health counseling.

Ally Liff is a licensed creative arts therapist and mental health counselor. She specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+, and trauma, and has worked in both agency and inpatient settings. She enjoys working with children and adolescents to support with goal setting, stress management, wellness, and expanding their sense of identity, all while fostering a creative and welcoming environment. Ally received her undergraduate degree in psychology and studio art, and master’s degrees in art therapy and mental health counseling.
