FAQs

We treat mild to moderate behavioral and mental health concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and PTSD, and support for those going through family stress and life transitions. Currently, we do not provide evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder.  

We provide individual and group therapy, psychiatry services, medication management, and parent coaching. We also offer written ADHD evaluations, executive functioning coaching, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups (a skills-based therapy for teens and young adults managing strong emotions or impulsive behaviors), and maternal mental health services.

We offer the flexibility and convenience of virtual services in CT, FL, NJ, NY, and TX, and in-person services in select locations in NY.

PM Mental Health is in-network with Aetna (NY), Carelon (NY – includes NYSHIP and select Emblem/GHI plans), Cigna / Evernorth (CT, FL, NJ, NY, TX), Fidelis Care (NY), Healthfirst (NY), Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield (NJ, NY), Lucet (FL – select Florida Blue plans)), Magellan (TX – select Blue Cross Blue Shield plans), MVP (NY), and Point Comfort (CT, FL, NJ, NY, TX), with more coming soon.
