Now Offering Sports Physicals in California

PM Pediatric Urgent Care is here for your children this 2024-2025 season. Whether your child needs a clearance physical for their favorite sport or a sign-off for stepping on the field in marching band, we have you covered. Our physicals are quick, convenient, and cost effective.

The best part? You can now schedule your check-in time in advance, via our online booking process, or walk right in whenever you are ready!

Most program organizers and/or schools require children to be physically evaluated to ensure they can safely participate in extracurricular activities. Our providers can review your child’s medical history, conduct an exam, and recommend additional tests or follow-up as necessary. If your child is healthy upon completion of the physical, we can provide the clearance and sign-off needed to begin participation in activities.

Please note: A sports physical exam is not intended to replace a comprehensive annual wellness exam and other screenings. Sports physicals are currently only available in our Texas and California locations.
