Behavioral health services for schools

4 tiers of care + on-site model

Addressing the mental health crisis in schools, together

1 in 5 kids experience a serious mental health concern, and only 25% receive care. It’s time to prioritize the behavioral and mental health of students, and we’re here to help.

Our multi-tier, fully customizable School Health program supports superintendents, PPS directors, and educators in addressing the escalating and serious mental health challenges facing students of all ages.

We offer four tiers of behavioral health services for partner districts:

Tier 1

  • Behavioral and mental health screening
  • Professional development
  • Mental health education

Tier 2: Therapy & Coaching

  • Assessment & behavioral interventions
  • Parent coaching
  • Group therapy

Tier 3: Crisis Consultation and Intervention Services

  • On-demand crisis consultations for school staff
  • On-demand crisis evaluations and referrals for identified students, with support for parents seeking higher levels of care

Tier 4

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

We believe in a true collaboration with our partner districts and strive to support your school’s efforts. Each school is unique, and our program can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your students.

Now Providing On-Site Behavioral & Mental Healthcare

We are proud to announce the grand opening of an integrated care center in partnership with the Baldwin Union Free School District, one of the first districts in the nation to establish such a resource directly on campus at no cost to families. This collaborative approach to connected care is key to supporting identified students’ whole health needs while optimizing their learning experiences.
