Edwin is a bilingual therapist who is passionate about helping children, teens, and families grow, heal, and thrive. With nearly a decade of experience as a school social worker in New York City, he understands the challenges students and families face both inside and outside the classroom, and works to create a supportive, judgment-free space where they can feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing, Edwin tailors his approach to each client’s unique strengths and goals. Whether providing counseling, supporting families through the special education process, or helping young people navigate big emotions, he brings warmth, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity to every interaction.
Edwin earned his Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to the children and families he serves.
