Behavioral Health treatment for you and your family

  • As nationally recognized pediatric experts, we know there’s nothing more urgent than the mental health of today’s youth.
  • Licensed pediatric mental health specialists provide compassionate, evidence-based care through close collaboration with your family, pediatrician, and school; if needed.
  • Convenient and customized virtual therapy sessions will ensure you/your child feels comfortable and safe, while fitting your family’s unique needs and schedule.

How we can help

Our team of child and young adult therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and pediatricians are trained to address a wide range of behavioral health concerns for children and young adults (ages 5-26) including, but not limited to:

  • School and social anxiety
  • Depression
  • ADHD and behavioral disorders
  • Family stress
  • Grief, loss, and trauma
  • PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder)
  • ODD (Oppositional-Defiant Disorder)
  • Gender dysphoria

When you are ready to get started, your first step is to schedule an introductory appointment with a team member on a telehealth platform that you and your child will join together. We’ll discuss you/your family’s needs and therapy preferences, and connect you with a provider who best suits the needs of you/your family.

Parent and Sleep Coaching Services

Our certified parenting coaches and sleep consultants support parents/caregivers with children ages 0-26. The parent coaching program aims to help parents navigate challenges with their children and gain clarity by building even stronger connections at every stage of growth and development.

Through our sleep coaching program, we provide a comprehensive assessment of your child’s sleep needs and challenges, an individualized plan to get you closer to a good night’s sleep, and support as you navigate the process.

Fees

We do everything we can to keep our prices reasonable and affordable for every family.

  • Families report that on average they pay just $40 a visit after submitting an insurance claim*.
  • Our team will provide receipts and can assist in the process of submission to your insurance company and/ or HSA account. Watch how to submit a claim video here.
  • We are actively working to secure more insurance contracts, and we encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand if behavioral health is eligible for coverage through reimbursement.
