Making top-quality mental health care affordable for families.

PM Mental Health is proudly in-network with Cigna / Evernorth and Point Comfort insurance in Connecticut. Most new patients with in-network insurance pay $30, on average, for their initial assessment visit.

We are actively working to participate with more insurers, and also participate in the Claritev Network (formerly MultiPlan), which may give you access to contracted providers at a discounted rate.

We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand if mental health services are eligible for coverage through in-network or out-of-network reimbursement.

Insurance not in-network? Not a problem.

PM Mental Health is proud to offer self-pay options to access care.

Quality mental health care should be easy to access and affordable for every family. That’s why we offer a special $99 self-pay rate for an initial assessment, helping you take that important first step with confidence and ease.
