We are proud to announce the opening of an integrated care center in partnership with the Baldwin Union Free School District, becoming one of the first districts in the nation to establish such a resource directly on campus at no cost to families. This collaborative approach to connected care is key to supporting students’ whole health needs while optimizing their learning experiences.

Our on-site team of licensed pediatric & adolescent behavioral health specialists offer:

  • Care coordination with the school & parents

Meet Our Team at the Baldwin Schools Wellness Center

Alina Serrano is a licensed clinical social worker and Clinical Therapy Director for School Health services at PM Pediatric Care. She believes all beings are to know themselves as “whole, perfect, and complete”. It is her mission to support others, specifically young people, in identifying their strengths and unique qualities.

Alina supports her clients through learning how to manage their emotions and life circumstances. With a keen listening ear and a compassionate strategic approach, she will inspire, motivate, and coach you through your hardest emotions as well as the best choices and practices for your life. Her motto is “Step by step we do our best!”.

Elizabeth Cennamo is a Licensed Master Social Worker for PM Pediatric Care School Health. She previously provided therapeutic services within the NYCDOE and NYC Department of Corrections, working with at-risk/truant youth and young adults, students with IEPS, individuals involved in the criminal justice system and/or with court-involvement, dual- diagnosis, psychosis, harm-reduction, and SI/SIB.

Elizabeth possesses a therapeutic approach that is candid, reality-based, un-prejudiced, collaborative, in-depth, and inclusive. She prides herself on being an active listener who strives to not only listen to her clients but also acknowledges that they need to be heard. Elizabeth carries an empathetic approach, providing effective feedback, therapeutic tools, and coping skills, and strives to always provide a non-judgmental, open-minded, and empowered perspective in a confidential and safe space.

Stacey Ann Hall-McLeod is a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for collaborating with her clients and their families to facilitate their overall health and wellness using person-centered and strength-based approaches. She specializes in crisis avoidance, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and trauma, and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in non-profit agency settings. Stacey has undergraduate degrees in sociology and psychology and a masters degree in mental health counseling.

Erin Forsberg is the Clinical Scheduler for PM Pediatric Care School Health, responsible for coordinating appointments and managing schedules for the students and school health team. Erin graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Science and has a background in psychology, biology, and healthcare fields. She is passionate about supporting mental health and student well-being and is grateful to work alongside Baldwin Schools Wellness Center team.
