    The healthcare industry is demanding, which is why it’s important to balance work with our personal lives. Our Paid Time Off Policy allows flexibility in how you manage your time away from work.

    Health Spending Accounts

    To help offset the cost of our HDHP, PM Pediatric Care will issue a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) –– a pre-funded debit card that can be used to offset the first 60% of deductibles, coinsurance and copays. We also give employees the ability to set aside pre-tax dollars for health-related expenses not covered by the medical plan through a Flexible Savings Account (FSA). Finally, you are able to fund a Dependent Care Account with pre-tax dollars to help with childcare/eldercare expenses.

We also offer a free, confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that helps prioritize your health and well-being through our partnership with Corporate Counseling Associates (CCA). Support is available 24/7/365 through a dedicated toll-free number, with a variety of offerings for mental health services, including free, short-term counseling for you and/or your family members. Supportive articles, podcasts, eLearning, and online seminars are also available. CCA also functions as a personal assistant, with work-life specialists available to assist you with research and referrals for any number of daily needs when you don’t have time to (i.e. look for a nutritionist, a moving company, a financial planner, a continued educational program, etc.).
