PM Mental Health is proudly in-network with Aetna (NY), Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX (TX) – select plans with Magellan coverage, Cigna / Evernorth (CT, FL, NJ, NY, TX), Emblem/GHI (NY)*, Fidelis Care (NY), Florida Blue (FL) – select plans with Lucet coverage, Healthfirst (NY), Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield (NJ, NY), MVP (NY), NYSHIP (NY)*, and Point Comfort (CT, FL, NJ, NY, TX). Most new patients with in-network insurance pay $0, on average, for their initial assessment visit.

We are actively working to participate with more insurers, and also participate in the Claritev Network (formerly MultiPlan), which may give you access to contracted providers at a discounted rate. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand if mental health services are eligible for coverage through in-network or out-of-network reimbursement.

Insurance not in-network? Not a problem. PM Mental Health is proud to offer self-pay options to access care.

We treat mild to moderate behavioral and mental health concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and PTSD, and support for those going through family stress and life transitions. Currently, we do not provide evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder.

We provide individual and group therapy, psychiatry services, medication management (to ensure safe, effective treatment), and parent coaching. We also offer written ADHD evaluations and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups, a skills-based therapy for teens and young adults managing strong emotions or impulsive behaviors.

We develop an individualized plan for every patient that receives our services. More than 80% of our patients show a significant improvement within three months.

Most new patients with in-network insurance pay $0, on average, for their initial assessment visit. We also offer self-pay options to access care.
