    What is Behavioral teletherapy?

PM Behavioral Health provides mental health services via our robust confidential teletherapy platform. These services include individual and group therapy, as well as evaluation for medication and its management when necessary. Teletherapy has shown to be just as effective as in-person visits, and many studies suggest better outcomes as telehealth is a more convenient and accessible way to receive these services.

What services does PM Pediatrics Behavioral Health offer?

PM Pediatrics Behavioral Health offers a wide range of services. We offer:
    1. Ongoing therapy by an experienced group of licensed psychologists and clinical social workers with specialty training
    2. Medication management by a psychopharmacology team consisting of psychiatrists, pediatricians, and nurse practitioners
    3. Parent coaching by certified parent coach specialists
    4. Sleep consultations by certified sleep experts
    5. Nutrition services by pediatric trained specialists

How can I access behavioral health services?

PM Pediatric Care’s behavioral health care is conducted virtually on a telehealth platform (accessible by PC or mobile devices) or in person in select states. For virtual visits, at the time of your appointment, you will be a sent a link to meet with your provider. After the initial appointment (virtual or in person), you/your child will be placed with a therapist who can best meet you/your family’s needs.

What behavioral health conditions do you treat?

We specialize in treating a spectrum of behavioral and mental health concerns, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Our comprehensive team prioritizes working with partners in your/your child’s care. We communicate with your pediatrician, school, or anyone important to your care.

What are the ages of patients you see?

We routinely see patients ages 5-26 years old. We can make exceptions on age on a case-by-case basis depending on clinical need. (Note the ages for Parent Consulting and Sleep Coaching services is 0-26.)

Is there a long wait to be seen?

Currently, there is no wait to be seen, though this is not always guaranteed.

    Can I be seen in-person?

In the near future, we hope to have in-person offerings beginning in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Patients in all other states/ locations are seen virtually.
