PM Mental Health is proudly in-network with Cigna / Evernorth, Magellan, and Point Comfort insurance in Texas. We are actively working to participate with more insurers, and also participate in the MultiPlan Network, which may give you access to contracted providers at a discounted rate.

Our self-pay option for therapy and medication management is submittable to out-of-network plans. We will provide receipts and can assist in the process of submission to your insurance company and/ or HSA account. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand if mental health services are eligible for coverage through in-network or out-of-network reimbursement.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to full cost of service.

Dr. Elizabeth Lobel is a child and adolescent psychiatrist that works with medication management services at PM Pediatric Care behavioral health. Dr. Lobel is double board certified in adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Her specialties include child development, perinatal treatment, and trauma-focused treatment. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults with a range of diagnoses, including ADHD, anxiety, mood disorder, and trauma-related disorder. Previously, Dr. Lobel worked at the University of Texas Medical Branch and Comprehensive Psychiatric Services in Northern California.

Dafina Belot is a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care for children, teens, and families. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions, to support young people in overcoming life’s challenges. With a trauma-informed and person-centered perspective, Dafina helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and life transitions while fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical practice, trauma informed care, child development, and family systems. Drawing from her experience as both a teacher and child/family therapist, Dafina brings a unique understanding of the complexities of growing up and the importance of a supportive environment. She is committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and build essential coping skills.

Beyond her clinical work, Dafina is passionate about holistic wellness, incorporating mindfulness and creative expression into therapy to help clients connect with their emotions in meaningful ways.

    Our mental health program in Texas currently offers the flexibility of telehealth appointments and our patients are seen virtually.

    We develop an individualized plan for every patient that receives our services. We are proud to say that more than 80% of our patients with anxiety and depression report improvement typically in the first three months of care.

      Schedule a call with a care coordinator. Patients under 18 are welcome to attend with their parent/guardian, but are not required to join for the first call.
