PM Pediatric Care and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Establish Urgent Care Partnership

Together, the organizations aim to offer best-in-class urgent care to children and young adults in the Chicago metro area.

PM Pediatric Care, a national pediatric healthcare leader operating the largest pediatric urgent care network in the U.S., and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, the largest independent academic pediatric medical center in the Chicagoland area, are pleased to announce that they are partnering to serve area families with best-in-class urgent care for children and young adults.

Together, the organizations aim to offer best-in-class urgent care to children and young adults at three existing sites in Glenview, Naperville, and Mount Prospect, and the joint venture plans to develop additional sites together in the near future. The new partnership will yield greater focus on and access to the latest evidence-based urgent care for more Chicago children and young adults, as well as provide a more streamlined experience for any family requiring specialty or inpatient care.

With late night, weekend, and holiday hours available, many ill and injured children with concerns ranging from fever and cough to injuries and lacerations can avoid an emergency department visit and be successfully treated within their community. “We are delighted to partner with Lurie Children’s,” said Jeff Schor, MD, managing partner and co-CEO of PM Pediatric Care. “We share the same mission to provide the highest quality, compassionate, and accessible care to children in the communities where they live.”
