Psychiatrist or psychologist? What does your child need?

Our team of experts can help your family find the right fit.

When it comes to your child’s mental and emotional health, we believe in being your partner every step of the way. Our pediatric specialists will evaluate your child to determine how we can best support their needs with a psychologist, psychiatrist or other mental health professional. Our convenient and individualized virtual therapy sessions (or in person in certain states*) will ensure that your child feels comfortable and safe, while fitting your family’s unique needs and schedule. We are committed to providing your child comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatry and medication management, from diagnosis through treatment, which includes close collaboration with your family, pediatrician and school, if needed. We also offer parent coaching to share ways that you can support your child’s holistic health needs.

Please note: we do not currently accept insurance for appointments with a psychiatrist, however we will assist in submitting your claim.

What people are saying about PM Behavioral Health

  • Finally, we found the right fit for our family. This was more than an evaluation or yet another appointment, it is a better way forward for our child. We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with a team that takes a whole-child approach, understands our children’s needs, and makes the evaluation process easier. All of the challenges with scheduling, insurance, collaborating with pediatricians, et cetera, are eliminated and the focus was just on our son and understanding what is best for him. We were able to address anxiety, PTSD, sensory and developmental issues, and parenting support, as well as make a plan for what comes next, all from the safety and comfort of our home.
