You may qualify for an office visit with a remote pediatric provider:  a convenient option for quick quality care, which may also include x-rays & diagnostic testing.

How it works

• Complete registration at the front desk and be brought to an exam room.
• Complete the intake process, including collection of vital signs, conducted in-person by a Medical Assistant or Nurse.
• Based on your child’s needs, our in-person staff will discuss whether a remote pediatric provider is right for you. If eligible, we will connect you to a pediatric provider using a mobile device.
• Staff in our office are always available to help you during this visit.
• Depending on your insurance carrier and plan, this visit may be billed as a telehealth visit with in-person services. This will not exceed our in-office billing rates.

Any necessary prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. School/work notes can be provided as needed.
