Emily has spent over 10 years supporting children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. She believes that healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood, and she prioritizes building a strong, trusting relationship with every client.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. Emily uses trauma-informed, strengths-based practices, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of each individual or family.
Whether working with a child managing big emotions, a teen under stress, or a family navigating change, Emily’s goal is to help clients feel heard, empowered, and supported as they build coping skills, resilience, and lasting positive change.
