Sara Berman, LCSW, brings over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, with a deep commitment to supporting children, families, and the clinicians who care for them. With a background in child welfare, outpatient mental health, and biopsychosocial assessment, Sara’s approach is grounded in both compassion and clinical expertise.
Throughout her career, Sara has provided direct care to children and families, led multidisciplinary teams, and offered clinical supervision to fellow providers. She is passionate about helping clinicians grow in their work, supporting them to think critically, use evidence-based practices, and provide high-quality, individualized care.
Sara’s warmth, insight, and leadership help ensure that every family receives support rooted in best practices and delivered with heart. She holds a BSW from Molloy College, an MSW from Fordham University, and completed her SIFI certification through Adelphi University.
