Jessica believes that therapy isn’t a straight path, it curves and shifts with every life moment. With warmth and compassion, she supports children, teens, and adults as they navigate challenges, build emotional awareness, and reconnect with their strengths along the way.
Drawing on more than 15 years of experience across individual therapy, community programming, and policy development, Jessica brings both depth and balance to her work. She uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Culturally Sensitive Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, to meet each person where they are in their journey.
A Certified Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher and Registered Child Yoga Teacher, Jessica also integrates mind–body practices into her work to help clients develop tools they can use in everyday life. Whether supporting a child learning to manage big emotions or an adult navigating stress, Jessica’s goal is to help each person find space to breathe, grow, and feel grounded, one breath at a time.
