Each member of our team serves a specific purpose for the children, teen, and young adults we serve. Whether our patients require behavioral therapy, talk therapy, or medication management, we work collaboratively to involve families, pediatricians, and schools, as needed. Learn more below.
Care Managers
- Your care manager will be your first point of contact and will help you understand what type of care is best to pursue.
- They will be your dedicated liaison throughout the journey, available for questions and guidance at any time, including assistance with health insurance reimbursement. Consider your care manager your PM Behavioral Health concierge.

Child Social Work Therapists
- Our therapists are licensed mental health providers with specific training in providing psychotherapy and other therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, and young adults. They are not medical doctors and do not prescribe medication.
- Our therapists work to understand your child and help them to build important skills, find new coping mechanisms, reinforce good behavior, and establish a strong relationship to help monitor progress over time.

Child Psychiatrists
- These are licensed medical doctors (MD, DO) who specialize in the management of mental and behavioral disorders in youth. They can prescribe medication, if necessary.
- Our psychiatrists can perform in-depth patient evaluations to provide diagnoses and help parents understand the connective processes of emotion and behavior. They serve an important role in our collaborative model and are an excellent resource for other professionals on our team.

Fees
We do everything we can to keep our prices reasonable and affordable for every family.
We are working diligently on health plans. While we are not currently taking insurance, you can submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement*—the process is simple and we can help.
Families report that on average they pay just $40 a visit after submitting a claim! We also offer discounts for visits purchased in bundles.
